Well, 2020 has been a hell of a ride. This has been the first time working remotely for such a long period of time, trying to find the best collaborative ways of working with a distributed team.
During the last year I have been focusing mainly on leading research and testing phases, that translated vision into actionable plans, creating the workstream digital roadmaps.
Responsible for the Product Management of a digital transformation project: leading definition, design and implementation strategy. Assuring quality on a 5 member product team, and reporting to the Chief Innovation Officer: organising work load, managing sprints, scoping and prioritising backlog along with the Product Owner, while working closely with 5 external teams. Defining and setting up agile ways-of-working and collaborative sessions within the team.
I moved to London in 2009, where I re-focused my Graphic Design background into Digital Design. During this time, I have completed multiple formal studies in Web Technologies, User Experience and Service Design. Since, I have been working as an User Experience & Product Designer in London, also in New York and Madrid. Working with multiple agencies, as a full-time employee and also as a freelance, participating in all phases of the entire project lifecycle, from research, to ideation, desing and testing.
Experience & Strategy Lead with a passion for collaborative environments and agile processes. I believe in simple and effective design, aligning user needs with business goals, taking decisions with contrasted data. Always challenging myself to learn something new with every project.
I am currently working as an Associate Creative Director of UX at Wunderman Thompson, in London.
I also like practicing some yoga, coding, cycling, recycling abandoned knitting projects into plant hangers and spending time with my cats.
